R.E.C.A's mission and ultimate goal, other than
the camaraderie and feel good about yourself attitude, is to eventually develop funds to: Visit orphanages in the United States, Caribbean, and Central America to perform evaluations. These
evaluations would become projects. to improve conditions that may not be fair to the children that have no choice but
to be in an orphanage. These funds woul someday be a tax relief type contribution,
and, or just charitable contributions, by caring individuals or businesses. Reports would be provided to the contributors
on a regular basis. An accountable fashion of utmost dignity will always be respected by all and any involved in
this program. This is my dream that I hope can be realized to the point of
